A small-batch Sauvignon Blanc from Peterson Vineyard in Sonoma Valley, crafted with minimal intervention by our winemaker-owner Ben. Sauvignon Blanc is known for its fresh, crisp style, often showing citrus and green notes.

Serving & pairing

Serve chilled, at 45–50°F. Lovely with goat cheese, fresh salads, seafood and grilled vegetables.
