A small-batch Cabernet Franc from Berger Vineyard on Sonoma Mountain, crafted with minimal intervention by our winemaker-owner Ben. Cabernet Franc is known for its aromatic, medium-bodied style, often showing red fruit with savory, herbal notes.

Serving & pairing

Serve at 60–65°F. A natural match for roast chicken, grilled lamb, mushroom dishes and aged cheeses.
